Detailed visual inspection of pipelines to assess external condition, coating, insulation, CUPS (Corrosion Under Pipe Support), and the presence of any corrosion, damage or other physical defects. Coverage includes above water pipelines and between tight pipe racks.
Internal and external inspection of storage tanks to evaluate overall condition, coating integrity, structural elements (roof, shell, floor and appurtenances) and to identify any defects or anomalies.
Aerial and close-range inspection of power plant assets, including boilers, HRSG, turbines, ducting, structures and auxiliary equipment, to assess condition and identify any abnormalities that may affect reliability and operation.
Aerial and close-range inspection of offshore assets, including platforms, topsides, jackets, bridges and associated structures, as well as flare systems (flare stacks and flare tips), to assess structural and coating condition and to identify any defects or anomalies.
Inspection of confined spaces across relevant industrial assets, such as tanks, vessels, ducts, chambers and other enclosed areas. Our UAV can safely access and inspect most confined spaces, providing clear visual information in areas that are difficult or unsafe for manned entry.

A structured, end-to-end workflow tailored for oil & gas assets to deliver safe, efficient and reliable inspection results.
Define inspection objectives, target assets and coverage (e.g. pipelines, storage tanks, pressure vessels, flare stacks, offshore structures), review asset information and site constraints, and confirm safety and access requirements.
Develop a site-specific Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Job Method Statement (JMS) that define the work scope, step-by-step method, risk controls, manpower, equipment and emergency response, and obtain required permits (e.g. PTW) prior to mobilisation.
Execute the inspection using industrial UAV systems to capture high-resolution visual data (photo and video) on the agreed assets, including hard-to-reach, elevated and confined space areas, with real-time site feedback to ensure complete and quality coverage.
Analyse and review the inspection data, identify and document any relevant findings (e.g. coating degradation, corrosion, leaks, damage or structural anomalies), asset-tag the results, and issue a comprehensive inspection report with visual evidence and actionable recommendations.
Experience and personnel
Our UAV operations are led by skilled and CAAM-certified remote pilots with more than 1,000 hours of industrial flight experience in oil & gas, power plant and offshore environments.
With a strong understanding of plant safety protocols and industrial site requirements, our team is capable of conducting complex inspections within live operational facilities while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards.
